The first sound I discovered was in Juneau Park, near a statue of some Greek-looking man I am not familiar with. (It was not Solomon Juneau.) I found this spot very interesting because, being at the edge of the drop to the lake, I was picking up the drone of the waves from the lake and the traffic from Lincoln Memorial and also the heavy traffic heading north on Prospect, not too far away.
